How intake works
Glorious & Praises are purpose-run lodges with a clear process: browse rooms or visit the lodge, pay the token fee, register, submit your application, pay rent and upload your receipt, then sign your tenancy agreement after caretaker and landlord approval.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information submitted in your application, agreement, or supporting documents may lead to immediate disqualification and termination of tenancy. Where lodge policy applies, only an 80% refund of eligible fees may be issued; the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Explore rooms online or visit the lodge with the caretaker.
Pay token fee
Pay the non-refundable application token fee (₦3,000) at the lodge (not rent).
Get your token
Caretaker confirms fee and gives you a code for /apply.
Register & apply
Create your account and submit your initial application online.
Pay rent & upload receipt
Pay full annual rent at the lodge, then upload your transfer receipt in the portal.
Caretaker & landlord review
Caretaker confirms rent and approves; landlord verifies receipt and approves.
Sign agreement
Complete and sign the tenancy agreement; caretaker and landlord sign off; PDF generated.
Renew (returning students)
Pay renewal rent at the lodge, re-apply online, then sign a new agreement for the next year.
