How intake works
Glorious & Praises are purpose-run lodges with one honest process. Browse rooms online or visit in person, collect your caretaker token, and apply from your phone. You read the tenancy terms before you pay, pay rent and upload your receipt, then sign the completed agreement before it goes to the caretaker and landlord for approval. No agents, no hidden fees, no surprises.
Pay the ₦5,000 application token fee by bank transfer. Ask the caretaker, Engr. Henry, for the account number first. He gives it to you himself, by call, WhatsApp or email.
Engr. Henry is the only person who collects the token fee. Do not pay it to anyone else: not an agent, not another student, and not into any other account.
Ask him for the account number before you transfer, and pay only the details he gives you himself.
Rent is a different payment. This is not your rent. Rent is a separate payment, made later into the lodge account shown in your tenant portal, never into the account you used for the token fee.

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information submitted in your application, agreement, or supporting documents may lead to immediate disqualification and termination of tenancy. Where lodge policy and applicable law provide for it, up to 25% of rent paid may be forfeited.

Pay the token fee
Pay the ₦5,000 token fee by bank transfer, to the account number you request from the caretaker (Engr. Henry). He is the only one who collects it, and it is not your rent.
Get your token
The caretaker confirms he has received the fee and gives you a code for /apply.
Register & read the terms
Create your account, fill in your details, and read the proposed tenancy terms before you pay.
Pay rent & upload receipt
Pay your rent by bank transfer into the lodge account shown in your tenant portal, then upload the receipt there. Use the account number in the portal for rent. It is not the same account as the token fee.
Finish your application
Supporting documents, declarations, and your surety, electronically or on paper.
Sign your agreement
Read your completed agreement, filled in with your own room, dates and rent, and sign it.
Caretaker & landlord approve
The caretaker reviews your application and signed agreement, then the landlord gives final approval and the PDF is issued.
Renew (returning students)
Re-apply online, sign the new agreement for the next year, and pay the renewal rent.
